Privacy, in plain English.
This page explains what the public website and support channels may collect and how that information is used.
Website data
The public website may receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access through normal server logs. This information helps us keep the website secure and reliable.
We do not sell personal information.
Support messages
If you contact support, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, contact information, app version, screenshots and problem description. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or payment card details.
Product data
The desktop products have their own account and processing flows. The public website does not upload or process your source videos. Check the information shown inside the product before starting a job or making a payment.
Retention and choices
We keep support and security records only as long as reasonably needed for service, troubleshooting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Contact support to ask about information connected to you.
